Should your boyfriend go Full Chris Brown on you, luckily you'll still have some legal options even if you're not making RiRi's cheddar. Apparently only 2% of the domestic violence victims in this town receive legal council. That's both appalling and illuminating.
Perhaps one of the things we can do with this earmarked money is raise awareness of how to actually *tap into* it.
